The following is the format used in One-Day Introductory Seminars on Sabaki by the A.K.I.

The Clinic:
This clinic is for individuals of all ages and all levels of experience. It is designed to train the participant in all aspects of Full Contact Karate using the dynamic "Sabaki" methods of Ashihara Karate. You will receive excellent instruction from some of the top Ashihara Clinicians in the World!
Format:
8.00 - 9.00am : Registration
9.00 - 9.30 : Introduction and Warm-up
9.30 - 10.00 : Basics
10.00 - 11.00 : Technique Work
11.00 - 12.00 : Sabaki Kumite
12.00 - 1.00pm : Lunch and Video Show (You must provide your own lunch)
1.00 - 2.00 : Technique Work
2.00 - 3.30 : Sabaki Kumite
3.30 - 4.00 : Questions & Answers, Awards
What to Bring:
You must bring your own Karate Gi. Bring your own lunch and/or money to buy lunch.
